How do I purchase a product from your website?

Upon selecting the desired product, press the “Add To Cart" option to add the desired product into the shopping cart. You may continue to shop and add more products into the cart. Once satisfied with shopping, simply click onto the checkout option that will direct you to the checkout page. Here, there would be a list of pending checkout products. Proceed by clicking on the checkout button. Fill in the particulars and choose payment service to complete the purchase. The product will then be delivered by selected courierso your stated address.

Must I have an account to purchase your products?

No, you can checkout even without an account. However, having an account would help us to serve you better from time to time.

Do you provide worldwide and/or international shipping?

For our deliver partner KREE, uses DHL to send out parcel to the countries listed above.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when destination has been entered. The rates vary according to the countries.

Can I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

When will my order be delivered?

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery. Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

How will I be charged with handling fees or taxes?

KREE has no control over the handling fees, taxes or any custom related charges. Customs charges, duty or any other cost involving upon the arrival of the parcel shall vary subjected to each law and regulations of the country. For more information, please contact your authority for confirmation to avoid surprising charges.

Will there be any delays?

Any delays will be informed through email or any other medium of communication. Expect delays during busy season (including sale season) and other non controllable factors such as :postal/delivery partner delays, traffic delays, logistics, bad weather or if our delivery partners are unable to access the delivery address. We can't be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the delivery partner.

What about returns?

Returns shall be made 7 days upon the arrival of the parcel. KREE will only bear the cost of return should it fit these criteria :

  • Wrongly sent an item ; Colour, sizes or design
  • The item has significant defect that it constitute the look of the design to be different from the website catalogue or is not in merchantable condition
  • For any returned product, a voucher of the purchased amount will be issued to you pending the arrival of the returned item.
  • The returned item shall be sent back to KREE Studio : S-11-07, KIARA 163 SOVO, NO 8, WISMA YNH, MONT KIARA, 50480 KUALA LUMPUR 

Please ensure that the item tag is not detached, the item must be unworn and unaltered. KREE will not entertain any item that has been altered according to the request of the customer.
